For more than a century, the material has been used across engineering, manufacturing and construction thanks to its strength, versatility and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Expanded metal mesh is a lightweight yet strong material and today, it is used in everything from architectural fa\u00e7ades and screening to industrial flooring, platforms, machine guards and filtration systems. Its open structure allows light and air to pass through while maintaining strength and durability, which makes it suitable for both functional and design-led uses.<\/p>\n<p>Security is another important application.
