Did you know that UK employers now have a new legal duty, effective from October 26, 2024, to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their employees, including harassment by third parties, and to demonstrate proactive measures.<\/p>\n

Also, On April 6, 2025, the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023 came into effect,\u00a0granting parents a new right to up to 12 weeks of paid leave when their baby requires neonatal care, in addition to other\u00a0parental leave entitlements like maternity, paternity, or adoption leave.<\/p>\n
