For more information, check out the webpage via the QR code below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates:\u00a0<\/strong>7 February and 8 February 2025<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Durham University Business School Waterside Building, Durham<\/p>\n<p>The sessions will focus on how you can effectively achieve change, drawing on relevant models, diagnostic tools and techniques enabling you to apply a people-centric approach to engage key stakeholders in the change process. With consideration of the practical challenges of business transformations, you will enhance your capabilities to lead and manage change effectively, focusing on key topics such as the impact of change on wellbeing, ensuring an approach to change that is inclusive, and coping with opposition to change.<\/p>\n<p>This module will focus on the importance of understanding the effects of change on individuals and teams and of engaging them throughout the change journey. It will enhance your skills to manage and lead people through planned transformation changes.\u00a0 It will do this by setting out frameworks, perspectives and practical approaches which you will be able to apply in practice.
