There has been a recent change in the HR degree apprenticeship, it has been reformed to the L5 People Professional Apprenticeship Standard. The apprenticeship programme helps HR professionals develop at a senior level, including but not limited to duties such as: implementing people strategies, developing inclusive relationships, evaluate impact of people policies and contributing to workforce design. Penshaw View are a CIPD centre providing CIPD accredited courses in addition to the HR apprenticeships at L3 and L5.
