This month we are shining the spotlight on our amazing long serving employees who are the heart and soul of our business.\u00a0 Earlier this year Masfix introduced a long service award for employees reaching milestones of 10, 20, 30 &amp; 40 years. With these milestones now being met by a number of our employees and our employee numbers growing every year the right thing to do was to initiate something to show our appreciation and thanks to all their dedication over the years.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masfix.co.uk\/news\/celebrating-our-long-serving-employees\">Read our article here <\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvgsua\" style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;\"><span class=\"oypena\"><span style=\"color: black;\">In today\u2019s fast-paced, highly competitive business environment, attracting and retaining top talent is a critical challenge for organisations. A key strategy in achieving this is through effective employee recognition and long service awards.
